To encourage and equip youth and their families around the world to KNOW Christ’s love for them, GROW in relationship with Christ and His people, and GO as agents of His grace in kingdom living.

By God’s grace, the Global Youth and Family Ministry will champion Christ’s kingdom call to reach the nations and the next generation. This will involve both ministry to our Missionaries and Third Culture Kids, and ministry through Mission to the World and our international partners seeking to establish youth ministry movements around the globe. This vision rests upon the supernatural work of God who alone can build his kingdom through the Spirit’s work in our lives together.

Ministry to Missionaries and Third Culture Kids:

• Supporting & celebrating TCK’s and their families through the unique opportunities and challenges of adolescence and the TCK experience.
• Enlisting churches and individuals to pray, participate, and partner with the ministry.
• Facilitating retreats, conferences, and mission trips as opportunities for missionary kids to be together, be known, and to experience the love of God through  redemptive relationships, authentic worship, and engaging God’s Word.
• Educating, equipping and encouraging MTW departments, leadership, and parents in reaching the next generation.
  

Through MTW in establishing youth ministry movements around the world:

• Developing strategic partnerships with agencies, churches, organizations, institutions.
• Mobilizing global youth ministers to serve as catalysts, resources and leaders in youth and family ministry across North America and around the world.
• Equipping national leaders and indigenous churches as they reach the next generation in their context—establishing youth ministry movements in communities around the world.
